Or, get headphone-to-rca jack converter and plug your laptop in to any of the inputs on the back of your stereo.

I assume yours is a desktop computer.......

How much did all that cable cost??

My computer is a desk top and is in my office/bdrm. Between all the corners turns and length in general it was definately closer to 40ft than 50. The cables were cheap at $8.69 per 50 so the entire order w the splitter was about$30 w/ shipping .I got them through cna.com and have a huge selection of wire and fittings to do almost anything
w/ electronics. Thanks for the interest it was well worth the effort to get those tunes to my big system....LW
